She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold On and Marceal Wolfe Fennell Sr. On; her sister Donna Rearic; and her stepson Scott A. Bryan. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca "Becky" Pearsall of Reynoldsville, PA and John Armstrong of Brockway; and her siblings, Mary Libengood (William) of Apollo, PA, Grace Watson (Don) of Umatilla, Florida, Patricia Yates (Dewey) of Milton, WV, Joan Carringer (Buel) of Marble, NC, Arlene Sturgill (Gary) of Vandergrift, PA and Harold Fennell Jr. (Joy) of Leechburg, PA.. She is also survived by 2 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 2 great granddaughters and 2 great grandsons, as well as by numerous nieces and nephews.
