He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Biss and Mary Biss (Scarnati). He is survived by: his wife Deanna (Gustafson); his daughters, Dana Cavalier (James Carlson) of Brockway and Amy Benscoter (Mike) of Pittsburgh; and his grandchildren, Joe Jern of Brockway, Jordyn Cavalier of Pittsburgh, Noah and Evan Benscoter of Pittsburgh.
