He is survived by: his wife Sigrid "Jane" Berty; his son Mark J. Dugan Jr. of Falls Creek; his niece Susan Gelfand (Marc) of Treasure Lake; and his nephew John Dugan (Shelly) of Clarion, PA..
Visitation was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at 1100 W Long Ave, DuBois, PA 15824. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Monday, November 11th 2024.
