She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard M. Fox and Edna Reynolds Fox Sr.; and her former husband Alfred Clyde Foulks. She is survived by: her husband Samuel W. Shaffer; her children, Barbara Foulks Smith of Hazen, April Caylor (Mark) of Hazen and Samuel W. Shaffer Jr. (Vicky) of Brockway; her sister Nancy Repiscak of Brockway; her grandchildren, Tara Smith, Shane Smith, Chelsey Caylor, Blake Caylor, Mark Palmer, Melissa Palmer, Mike Palmer, Rob Shaffer and Ashley Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Landen Marrarra and Dylan Marrarra. She is also survived by many step great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
