He is survived by: his parent Filonilla Cipolla Verne; his children, Debra Verne of Hershey, Robert Verne (Amelia) of Timonium and Joseph D. Verne (Mary Lynn) of Rockwood; his brother Nick Verne of Brockway; his grandchildren, Laura Verne, Matthew Verne, Katherine Verne, Jennifer Lancaster and Steven J. Verne; and his great grandchild Lily Mae Lancaster.
