John Verne Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Verne of Brockway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 31, 2023 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John T. Verne and Lucia "Lucy" Scarnati Verne; and his brother Thomas M. Verne. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen "Punky" Kroh; his children, Gina Strishock (Christopher) of Sandy Hook, VA and Lore Verne (Virginia) of Middletown, PA; and his grandchildren, Ethan Verne, Kathleen Troxell and Austin Troxell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
