He was predeceased by: his parent John F. Biss. He is survived by: his parent Rose M. Biss (Paruso); his wife Pat Biss (Klender); his children, Mark Biss (Judy) of Ft. Pierce, Fla., Jeffrey Biss (Beth) of State College and Sharon Varischetti (Peter) of Brockway; his brother Thomas Biss of San Francisco, Calif.; his grandchildren, Kristen, Katie, Kaila, Annmarie, Lauren, Francesca, Joey and Johnny; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Julia and Eloise.
