He was predeceased by: his parents, George Welsh and Frances Haag Welsh; his niece Jessica Jorden; and his nephew Jacob Becker. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Beam; and his siblings, Deborah Heilbrun (Jake) of Brockport, Karen Baxter (Tim) of Brockport, Sandy Puhala (George) of Brockway, Mike Welsh of Erie, PA, Tom Welsh (Cindy) of Brockway and Bob Welsh of Brockway. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
