She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Taylor and Lena Mann Taylor; her husband Donald P. Smith; and her siblings, Mary Saunders, Gladys Mango, Eddie Taylor, Jim Taylor, Jack Taylor, Bill Taylor, Boyd Taylor and Charlie Taylor.
She is survived by: her sons, David Smith of DuBois and Donald Smith of DuBois; her brothers, Mike "Mick" Taylor (Fran) of Clearfield, PA and Pat Taylor (Lois) of Brockway; and her granddaughters, Caitlyn Smith of Phoenix and Kendra Smith of Phoenix. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
