He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Hoffman and Alfreda Preston Hoffman; his wife Genevieve L. "Genny" Flancinski Hoffman; and his son Curtis Hoffman. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Hoffman of Brockway and Craig Hoffman (Barbara) of Brockway; and his grandchild Lara Hoffman.
