He was predeceased by: his parents, Maxwell Clark and Bertha Wohl Clark. He is survived by: his wife Marie Swyers; his sons, Troy Clark (Annette) of Hermitage, PA and Daniel Clark (Jennifer) of DuBois; and his grandchildren, Daniel Jacob Clark of DuBois, Calais Clark of Austin, TX, Kelsie Clark of Hermitage and Mason Clark of Punxsutawney, PA..
