She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Jacobs and Ruth Jacobs (Horn); her daughter Kelly Elizabeth; and her siblings, James, George, Arthur and Sara Crawford (Robert).
She is survived by: her daughter Beth Ann (Bill Snedden) of Brockway; her granddaughters, Brianna Jacobs of Bisbee, AZ and Kaitlyn Snedden of Sharron, PA; her great grandchildren, Anaka of Bisbee, AZ, Hill of Bisbee, AZ, Kayra of Bisbee, AZ and Carwyn of Bisbee, AZ; and her sister Ruth Bailey (Robert) of Rockton, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
