He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald E. Pisarchick Sr. and Bernice Kness Wells; his brother Brian Pisarchick; and his stepbrother Steve Merritt. He is survived by: his daughter Tracey Miller (Tanner) of Butler, PA; his brother Dean Pisarchick of Brockway; his stepmother Nellie Pisarchick; his stepsister Gay Feldman (Ron) of Brockway; and his granddaughters, Madison Pisarchick of Pittsburgh and Carmella Miller.

Memorial donations may be made to the Wildwood Cemetery 500 Maple Street Brockway, PA 15824.
