Hook (Brockway, Pennsylvania), born in Brockport, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 30, 2018, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Charles Hook; and his siblings, Francis Hook, Robert Hook, Marie Hoyt, Jean Leasgang, Irene Osti and Helen Facchine.

He is survived by: his parent Melva Mae Yale Hook; his spouse Dolores Raybuck; his children, Vicki Smith (Michael) of Lancaster, Amy Zufall (Chad) of Brockway and Timothy Hook (Barb) of Brockport; and his sister Ione Raybuck. He is also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
