It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Steele of Brockway, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 9, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence V. Schaeffer and Shirley Mae Lockwood Schaeffer; and her stepfather Benjamin "Buck" Himes. She is survived by: her daughter Kenda Renee VanGuilder of Brockway; and her siblings, John Schaeffer of St. Marys, PA, Rebecca Watt of Gaylord, MI, Melanie Moore of Brockway, Milly Wennin of Brockway, Vicky Garcia (Mark) of Falls Creek, PA and Sandra Headley of Bunnell, Florida.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
