She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Forche and Helen Orlik Forche; her husband Charles L. Schlemmer; her daughters, Charlene Schlemmer and Teresa Carlson; her siblings, Katherine Jones, Mary DeSantis and Norman Forche; her nieces, Connie Kochanski, Karen Curry and Valarie Brenzie; and her nephew David Kochanski.
She is survived by: her son Paul Schlemmer (Becky) of Cary, NC; her niece Michelle Fleming (John Shull) of Middletown, PA; her nephews, Mark DeSantis (Susan) of Greensburg, PA, Terry Curry and Michael Brenzie; and her son-in-law James "Cricket" Carlson of Brockway.
Social distancing protocols will be in place and masks are required.
