She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Telepchak; and her siblings, John Telepchak, Michael Telepchak, Charles Telepchak, Mary Telepchak, Anna Krerr and Irene Macenka.

She is survived by: her parent Mary Telepchak (Bitsko); and her daughter Donna Kovach Hutta (Mark Mistician) of Brockton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
