She was predeceased by: her husband John G. Shultz; and her siblings, Robert Polyak, Peter Polyak and Helen Harahus. She is survived by: her children, John Nall (Marilyn) of Jacksonville, FL, K. Melissa Lowry of Harrisburg and Lynda Williams (Albert) of Brockton; and her grandchildren, Marc (Michal), Kimberly, Jenifer, Anita (Luke), James (Michelle), Robert and Albert Jr. (Monica). She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
