Richard Baxter Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 7, 2021, at the age of 83, Richard Baxter of Brockport, Pennsylvania, born in Butte, Montana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John McKinney and Rose Roberts McKinney; and his wife Elsie Swinton. He is survived by: his children, Rosalie "Lynn" Crawford (Terry) of Brockway, Vicki Jacobs (Corey) of Myrtle Beach, SC and Timothy Baxter (Karen) of Brockport; and his siblings, Victor Baxter (Barbara) of Brockport and Agnes Hoover of Brockway. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Social distancing protocols will be in place and masks are required.
