We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2023, at the age of 98, Leona E. Starr Shugars of Brockport, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Shaffer and Ruth Shaffer (Dilts); her former husband Bernard Starr; her husband Oscar Shugars; and her daughter Nita Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Starr (Nancy) of Brockway and Dawn Stahlman of Brockport; and her stepson Nicholas Shugars (Sandy) of Penfield. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, three step- great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
