He is survived by: his wife Carol Moody Palmer; his children, Melinda "Mindy" Palmer (Rob) of St Marys, PA, Stephanie Ferragine (Brian) of Bruceton Mills, WV and Sean Palmer (Laurie) of Kersey, PA; his siblings, Daniel, Damon, Donita Mosier and Dori Palmer; his grandchildren, Lyssa, Matthew, Macy, Dominic, Bria and Roman; his great grandchild Sammual; and his pet Riki.
