She was predeceased by: her spouse Croyle "Cobb" Hook; and her son Ricky. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Smith (Michael) of Lancaster, PA, Amy Zufall (Chad) of Brockway and Timothy Hook (Barb) of Brockport. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
