He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Neuder and Catherine Neuder (Conley); his wife Mary Jane Neuder (O'Donnell); and his siblings, Frances Ramsey, Glenn Conley, Eldon "Bish" Neuder and Louie Neuder.
He is survived by: his children, William "Butch" Neuder (Susan), Joel Neuder (Letitia) and Chanin Horton (Richard Lashley); his grandchildren, Mitchell, Matthew, Christopher, Averiana, Levi, Joel Jr. (Courtney), Ty, Andrew and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Alexander and Conner; and his sisters, Dorothy Triest, Audrey Jones, Linda Drobnich and Cathy Conner.
