She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Duvall and Madeline Duvall (Rourke); her husband Kenneth Duvall; her daughter Kimberly Burns; and her son-in-law John Burns.

She is survived by: her daughter Kendra Duvall; her granddaughter Cassandra Duvall of Needles, CA.; her siblings, Lynn (Nancy Duvall) and Rhonda (Jerry Thompson); her niece Andrea Thompson; her nephew Doug Duvall of York; and her sister-in-law Helen Shehan of Delaware.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Hoe Inc. P.O. Box 214, Broad Top City, PA. 16621 to assist the family with final expenses.
