Miller; her children, Penny S. Swope (Jeffrey), Sherry A. McCloskey (Brian), Cathy J. Baker (Larry) and Russell J. "Rusty" Miller Jr. (Tonya); her grandchildren, Chelsey, Krista, Tyler, Devin, Thomas, Lauren, Michael, Gracynn, Jackson, Tiffany, Brandon, Ryan, Cory, Sadie, Alyssa, Debbie, Skyler and Autumn; her great grandchildren, Xander, Addison, Maverick, Blake, Tyson, Lainee, Kaylee Grace Louise, Pryceton, Aidan, Brian, Collin and Desmond; and her siblings, Terry Norris, Donna Thompson, Charles Norris, Sandy Kidd and Dennis Norris.
