She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Franklin and Jessie Louise Cramer (Evans). She is survived by: her children, Michael Watkins (Nikki Watkin) of Saltillo, Connie Duvall (late Larry Duvall) and Robert Watkins (Vicki); her granddaughters, Stefanie Shaw, Whitney Watkins, Jessica Sunderland, Kelsey Reichard, Payton Watkins, Samantha Henry, Misti Doyle, Alicia Varner, Julisa Williams, Haylee and Kamryn Watkin; and her pet Wilbur. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
