He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Cooley and Louella Heath Cooley (Eichelberger); and his brothers, Russell and Thomas Heath. He is survived by: his stepfather Leland Cooley; his wife Jane Heath (Tobias); his sons, Richard I. (Robin) of Hesston, Randall G. (Kim) of Louisiana and Curtis A. (Wendy); his grandchildren, Andrew Heath (Chelsea), Derek Heath, Conner Heath and Andrea Altobelli; his stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Brode and Chelsey Detwiler; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aria and Aubree Detwiler; his grandson Landon Lemin; his siblings, Martha Whited, Roy Cooley (Jayme), Mike Cooley (Mary), Terry Cooley (Joyce) and Wayne Cooley (Terri); and his siblings-in-law, Duane Tobias, Linda Muir and Betty Heath.
