We are sad to announce that on March 27, 2025, at the age of 75, Blaine Horton (Broad Top, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Waldo and Leona Mae Horton (Shore); his son Robert Horton; and his sister Marnie Fields. He is survived by: his children, Steven Horton (Michelle) and Taunya (Josh Creasey); his daughter-in-law Sherry Horton; his grandchildren, Tre'Horton (Savannah), Alexis (Craig Tostenson), Madison Frazer, Hailey (Jose Verde), Malena Horton, Max Horton and Noah Horton; his great grandchildren, Penelope Verde, Rive'Horton and Evangeline Verde; and his sister J. Rosalind Cessna.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Curtis A. Heath Funeral Home, Inc. (5010 Railroad Ave, Broad Top City, PA 16621). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the R.W.&BT Vol Fire Co, or Tussey Mt. Football Booster Club, or The Reality Church of God, or St. Michaels Orthodox Church.

“This week I lost another friend. Thank you for allowing me access to the FB note. Where does one start? I remember the good times we shared as classmates. Especially, being in the Mt. Union Band. I am glad that you are being buried in our church cemetery. My bucket list is to visit my parent's graves before my journey ends. We had so many great memories in school and just being friends.
