He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary (Soles) and Thomas Raymond; his wife Cecilia "Sis" (Spotts); his granddaughter Linda Marie MacKey; his children, Noreen Moore (Robert), William Raymond Jr. (Christine) and Kathleen Allen (Peter); his grandchildren, William III, Justin, Meghan, Rachel, Robert and Kaitlyn; his great grandchildren, Kaleb, Cole and Henry; his sister Marge; and his brother-in-law Ray DiVirgilio. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all services and interment are private.
