He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Wade; his sons, Steven Wade and Eric Wade; his mother Bernice Wade; his siblings, Patricia Melling (Robert), Maribeth Henry (Paul), John Wade (Barbara), Michael Wade (Kathleen) and Mark Wade (Michele); his mother-in-law Neoma Rigby; and his sisters-in-law, Robyn Buehler (Gary) and Melonie Overington (Dave). He is also survived by his co-workers and customers from CBM. Relatives.
