She was predeceased by: her parents, Lazaro Serrano and Severina Serrano. She is survived by: her husband Frank Montero; her children, Betty Rodriguez (Willie), Michael Santiago and Richard Santiago; and her grandchildren, Mercedes (Luis), Alexis, Anessa (Jacob), Alex, Madeline (Francisco) and Mikey. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
