He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Lentz and Margaret Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Rita Lentz (Porfirio-Profy); his children, Joseph Lentz, Maria Lentz Fitzgerald (Philip) and Darlene Johnson (Carl Walker); his grandsons, Philip, Daniel and Jason; and his great grandchild Jaiden. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
