He is survived by: his parents, Anthony Angelico and Mary Quarino Angelico; his son-in-law Mario D'Agostino; his wife Andrea DiMattia Angelico; his son Anthony J.; his daughter-in-law Tina Angelico; his daughter Nicole A. Angelico; his grandchildren, Luciana and Nicholas Angelico; his brother Anthony; and his sister-in-law Salvatrice Angelico. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nicholas's name to St. Judes Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
