He is survived by: his pet Blake; his daughters, Bonnie Nethery (Byron) and Dana Bixler; his granddaughter Shauna Nethery; his siblings, KayAnn Trammel and Kenneth Bixler (Cindy); and his sister-in-law Debra Bixler. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
