She is survived by: her husband Louis Shannon; her children, Lisa Polak (Daryl Polak) and Sean Shannon (Alissa Rogers); her grandchildren, Shannon Cortes (Benjamin Cortes Jr.), Sean Michael Polak, Sean Shannon Jr. and Colin Shannon; and her great grandchildren, Jayden Polak, Brielle Cortes, Rylend Polak, Benjamin Cortes and Gracie Polak.
