She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Vanzant and Isabell Vanzant; and her husband Larry Collins. She is survived by: her son John Tenzer (Nadine); her grandchildren, Amanda and Jason; her son David Tenzer; her grandchild Mina; her brother Thomas Vanzant (Barbara); and also Melissa. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
