He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Green and MaryLou Green (Willis) of Levittown; and his brother Stephen. He is survived by: his brother John (Susan) of Downingtown; his siblings-in-law, Bernice Green of Philadelphia and Edward Morin of Harrisburg; and his nieces, Teresa Pimpinelli (Green), MaryKatherine Green and Louise Morin.
