He is survived by: his spouse Erin Fallon-Van Cleve; his child Fiona; his parents, Sherry Van Cleve and Jim Van Cleve; his siblings, Alison Turner (Tim), Ashley Van Cleve Einsig (Ken) and Lane Van Cleve (Karen); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Fallon (Sue), Sharon Hartnett, Kathy McCloskey and Maureen Claggett (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
