He was predeceased by: his father Gregory A. Zackowski, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Ella Zackowski; his daughter Jacquelynn Zackowski; his stepchildren, Steven Mellor, Amanda Westrope and Justin Westrope; his mother Kathleen R.; his stepfather James Young; his brother Gregory A. Zackowski, Jr.; his wife Wendy Zackowski; his sister Kathleen R. Gibbons (John); and also Thomas E. Zackowski (Autumn). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Wade Funeral Home, to help defray funeral costs, would be appreciated.
