It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Anthony Palmer of Bristol, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George A. Palmer, Sr. and Elizabeth T. "Betty" Palmer; and his siblings, George A. Palmer Jr. and Marie Ostapyk. He is survived by: his daughter Courtnie Palmer (Jay); his grandson Cole; his pet Louann McLaughlin; his brother Matthew J. Palmer (Denise); his niece Brianna Palmer; his nephews, Matthew Palmer (Jeri) and Christopher Bennett (Chrissy); and his friends, Charlie, Mike and Tom Tasker. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

“Joe has been a dear friend to us since 1975. We treasured the time we had with Joe over the years, he brought us humor, laughter, and enlightenment on so many occasions. Joe was Chris's boss at HFC during the 70's; he treated Chris as a peer and taught him how to advance his career in commercial and consumer finance.
