He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carmella Barber (Elmer), John (Rose), Clementine Rose (David), Frank (Jenny), Mike (Hazel), Cornelius, Nathaniel (Sue), David, Ruth Brickner (Ray) and Esther; his siblings-in-law, Eva Templeton, Richard Templeton, Matthew Pizzola and Robert Bradford; and his nephews, John Chichilitti, David Rose, Raymond Brickner and Daniel Chichilitti.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Horn Chichilitti; his children, Terri Simone (Michael), Caryn Hathaway (Joe), Jonathan Chichilitti (Melissa), Danielle Ramus (Robert) and Jesse Wolfgang (Carly Boos); and his sisters-in-law, Riva Bradford and Sylvia Chichilitti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
