He was predeceased by: his parents, John Posluszny and Margaret Posluszny. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Anne Posluszny; his sons, John-Thomas Posluszny (Amanda Hampton) and Brian Daniel Posluszny (Cheyenne Keen); his granddaughter Peyton Noel; his siblings, Loraine Hunsberger (Charles) and Lawrence Daniel Posluszny (late Cynthia); and his goddaughter Nicole Eads.
