He is survived by: his parents, John Antonelli, Jr and Lisa Tunis; his siblings, Matthew, Jenna, Kyle, Devin Ann (Francesco) and Noah; his grandmother Dolores Antonelli; his niece Carlena; and also Michael Kaplan. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.

To whomever finds this, although my experience with John was brief, from the moment we met he took care of me, mentored me and treated me as a friend. I worked under John at Caleb’s for about 2 months before the terrible news of his first findings of cancer. From there what would follow still leaves me speechless. Everyday we thought about John and his health.”
