He was predeceased by: his father John; and his brother Jason. He is survived by: his children, Gina (Ricardo Sanchez), Josh, Chandra and Jadon; his mother Dolores; his sisters, Anna Marie (Megan Pierfy), Stephanie Barton (Dave), Dolores (Ed Walsh) and Kathleen Delahanty (Brian); his grandson Julian Sanchez; and his uncle Dwight Muffett (Marlene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to the American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
