He is survived by: his wife Elaine White (Meyers); his children, Michael White (Charity), Katie Rubinstein-White (Jason Rubinstein), Charles White and Anne White (Peter Eschelman); and his grandchildren, Emmie White, Aidan Meister, Torrin Williams, Alistair White, Gavin White and Benjamin Rubinstein.
