He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Lee Burch; and his stepfather John Richard Toles. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Lee Burch and Jasonna Burch; his mother Rosemary Roth; and his siblings, Curtis Burch (Carole), Rachel Scott (Preston) and Crystal Roth (Zachary Ashby). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and close family and friends.
