She was predeceased by: her husband James Horn; and her son Wilson Graves III (Diane). She is survived by: her children, Candace Jeanne Davis (Richard), Alison Charlotte Angelaccio (Robert) and David Anthony Sylvester (Karen); her grandchildren, Rachel McVearry (Ryan), Sarah Davis (David), Nicholas Graves (Valarie), Nathaniel Graves (Samantha), Corinne West (Brandon), Caitlin Thoma (Michael), Emily Geeza (Daniel), Madison Sylvester (Paul), Tyler Sylvester and Hannah Sylvester (Nick); and her great grandchildren, Saylor, Savian, Shevaun, Jillian, Kyle, Lucas, Kayla, Charlotte, Chloe and Willow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
