He is survived by: his granddaughter Isabella Phillips (Rice); his pet Barkley; his sons, Herbert W., Jr. (Lynette) and Christopher Phillips (Lisa); his brothers, Raymond and Karl Phillips (Kathy); his sister-in-law Arlene Smith; his nephew Harry Smith (Michelle); and his grandchildren, Victoria, Jordan, Josh, Frankie, Mason and Madelyn.
