She is survived by: her parent Anna Kopcho Phillips; her daughter Gwendolyn Hooper Powell; her grandchildren, Donald Powell Jr. (Lindsay) and Sharon Powell (Onkar Singh); and her great grandchild Finley M. Powell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
