She was predeceased by: her husband William H. Carter; and her sister Doris A. McCafferty. She is survived by: her children, William Carter, Jr. (Jean), Walter Carter (Terri), Thomas Carter (Sarah), Linda Zercher (Randy) and Suzanne Heppenstall (William). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
